These terms govern your use of the global-pph.com website and of the software and hosting services provided by Global PPH ("we", "us") to independent bookmakers ("agents", "you"). By requesting an account or using the services you agree to them.
1. The service
We provide access to a hosted sportsbook, casino and racebook platform, player-facing websites and an agent back office, together with odds management, bet grading, reporting and support ("the Service"). We are a software and service provider. We do not accept wagers, hold player funds or act as a party to any bet between you and your players.
2. Eligibility and compliance
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter into contracts. You are solely responsible for determining whether operating a book is lawful where you and your players are located, and for complying with all applicable laws, including those on age verification, taxation and anti-money-laundering. We may refuse or terminate service where we believe it would be unlawful.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your agent credentials confidential and for all activity under your account and your sub-agents' accounts. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access. You must not enter players' real identities or personal documents into the platform.
4. Fees and billing
Fees are charged weekly, in US dollars, per active player, at the rates published on our pricing page or agreed in writing. An active player is a player who places at least one graded wager in the sportsbook, casino or racebook during the billing week. Promotional rates apply as described at the time of the offer. Invoices are due within seven days. We may suspend the Service for unpaid invoices after notice.
5. Free trial
New agents may receive one free week of service. The trial covers platform fees only; you remain responsible for all settlements with your players. We may limit or withdraw trials in cases of abuse.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to defraud players or us, to interfere with the platform or other agents, to reverse-engineer the software, to resell access except through our reseller program, or in any way that violates applicable law.
7. Odds, grading and errors
We manage odds and grade wagers using industry-standard sources and rules published on the player site. In the event of an obvious pricing error, feed error or incorrect grading, we may correct the affected wagers and will notify you. You control the limits and profiles applied to your players and accept responsibility for the risk you choose to carry.
8. Availability
We target 99.9% monthly availability of the player and agent sites, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by factors outside our control, including your or your players' internet connections.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, software, designs and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for the duration of your account. Your brand and domain remain yours.
10. Confidentiality and privacy
We keep your account information and your players' activity confidential and use it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never contact your players.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time; fees accrue until the end of the current billing week. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment or where required by law. On termination you may request an export of your reports within 30 days.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or lost players. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Changes
We may update these terms and our pricing with reasonable notice on this page or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
